  • ORDINANCE NO. 2016-05
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE XV, CHAPTER 157 ZONING REGULATIONS, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 157.240 (R-2 ONE, TWO AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND INTENT); PROVIDING FOR THE INCREASE IN THE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH OF 75 FEET FOR ONE FAMILY DWELLINGS; PROVIDING FOR A MINIMUM YARD REQUIREMENT FOR SIDE INTERIOR LOT OF 7.5 FEET FOR ONE FAMILY DWELLINGS; PROVIDING FOR  EXCEPTIONS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AREA ENCOMPASSED; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES CODE.

Pursuant to Section 286. 0105, FS, the Town hereby advises the public that:  If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at its meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purposes, affected persons may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  This notice does not constitute consent by the Town for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
